Exchange:

We do not accept exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Clear photos/videos of the issue
Unboxing video (mandatory)
Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges for exchanges.

Returns:

We do not  accept returns in any case, you can only exchange it with something else.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale / discounted items
Customized or made-to-order pieces
Signs of wear

Cancellation Policy:

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
